I have had hives on and off for three months which started when I was on Levaquin.  My doctor and my dermatologist say it is just an allergy and not due to the medication.  I had taken Cipro in the past and had no reaction but when I took Levaquin I developed the hives.  They start to go away and then come back again.  I am on another medication to see if they will clear up.
